To qualify for a financial refund or product replacement, the physical item must be successfully returned to our facility first. We will not issue any refunds, processing credits, or charge reversals under any circumstances if the buyer keeps, disposes of, or fails to send back the purchased product.

2. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us and initiate a formal return process. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
